Our Story
Estrada Landscaping started in 2004, the same year I was born, with nothing more than a lawn mower and my dad's determination.
My dad, Jose, didn't speak English when he started out. He began by helping friends with their yards for a small cut, then found work with other landscaping crews, learning everything he could along the way. For over 20 years, he worked for other people's businesses, picking up the skills that would eventually become the foundation of our own.
Eventually, he got tired of working hard for corporations and for friends who paid him little to nothing. He started looking for his own clients while still balancing a full time job. It was slow going at first. Sales and marketing weren't his strong suit, and while he built up a handful of amazing clients, it wasn't enough to walk away from his day job just yet.
Years later, here we are. My dad is now almost fluent in English and more determined than ever to build something of his own. I'm Luis, his son, and I handle the marketing and business side so he can focus on what he does best, the actual work. You might see me out in the field from time to time too, along with other family members who pitch in when needed.
Together, we're Estrada Landscaping. Family owned, hands on, and built from the ground up.
